Sue, who joined in 1995, is a Director of Excel Recruitment and has been instrumental in helping build the business. She specialises in senior appointments within the finance sector and is involved in strategic business planning. She is professionally qualified with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, a Fellow of the Confederation and an Associate of the CIPD. Her background prior to recruitment was in the Department of Education, human resources, training and mainstream banking.
