This role supports the business community through designing and delivering reporting solutions to business requirements. The role requires a collaborative approach with business managers to ensure an appropriate understanding of their requirements.

To develop and daily support in-house and third-party software applications and to provide 3rd line technical support to the help desk.

You will be required to proactively respond to calls placed with the IST Service Desk in order to meet service levels.  You will be customer focused, being responsible for providing high quality user support & effective service to all offices and external clients.

IT Service management and IT security and risk related duties for the Group and local IT related duties as directed by the Head of IT Governance and Service Management.

You will work within a team who has responsibility for providing analytical support and administration of business applications.
