You will be reviewing the business and record-keeping of the company’s administered entities with a view to identifying whether each is acting in compliance with all of its contractual and regulatory obligations and where it is not, to report issues or inaccuracies; and to address issues arising out of the review process.

To assume overall responsibility for the Compliance function and to participate and contribute actively to business and management objectives.

To act as the main point of reference for trust company business and client risk and compliance matters and report to the Head of Compliance on the company’s compliance with all relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures.

To assist the Head of Jersey Compliance in tailoring as appropriate the minimum policy requirements set by the Group and to ensure that all businesses have policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with the laws, regulations, reporting requirements and controls imposed by the regulators.

To act as Manager, AML Compliance for IWM in the Channel Islands (“IWM CI”).  Develop, promote and support a strong AML/CFT compliance culture across all areas of the IWM CI platform.
