Our Client has an opening for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be the primary support point of contact between the Relationship Managers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support point of contact between Relationship Managers and clients.
- Handle client instructions and transactions efficiently.
- Ensure clients receive top-notch, personalized service.
- Prepare new account opening documents and facilitate timely onboarding.
- Seek opportunities to make referrals to Relationship Managers for our Client's full range of products.
- Keep abreast of applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Manage an entertainment schedule as appropriate for the client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a front office client support role within banking/trust services.
- Certification such as Level 4 CISI or STEP qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of Banking, Custody, FX, and Credit.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and strong project management skills.
- High IT proficiency and risk/compliance awareness.
