Customer Service Executive, Personal & Premium Banking

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team in dealing with daily banking requirements for personal and premium clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day client service support
  • Executing client instructions for various banking transactions
  • Resolving client queries and arranging online banking activations
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and promoting the company's products and services
  • Adhering to the company's financial targets, regulations, and policies
  • Assisting with projects and system tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT
  • Interest in banking and financial products
  • Proactive approach and willingness to suggest new ideas
