Exciting new opportunity for a Group Manager, IT Service Delivery!
This position is integral to the technology function of the business and is instrumental in its success. It is a diverse role which encompasses design, development, implementation, documentation, and support of the service delivery function and related technologies. The post holder will need to effectively manage the Service Desk and Service Desk team to deliver an exceptional and ITIL aligned service to the business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology service delivery and/or support within the finance industry
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Proficient in both infrastructure and application technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation and a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Innovation mindset and ability to work within a team both local and remote with individuals with differing skill sets
- Thorough understanding of data security and protection requirements, ensuring they are integrated into systems design, development, implementation, administration, and support
- Is able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation, and has experience in vendor management
