Manager Client Relationships

Our Client has an opening in their Client Relationships team for a Manager

In this role, you will manage our Client's pan-Channel Islands team of Customer Service Executives in overseeing the delivery of services for local clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Services Team for local banking clients
  • Provide excellent service and support to a personal customer segment
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products
  • Address customer escalations and complex issues
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the team
  • Support the Business Unit Head directly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in front office client support
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Proven team management abilities
  • Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • IT proficiency
  • Risk awareness and compliance orientation
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
