Our Client has an opening in their Client Relationships team for a Manager
In this role, you will manage our Client's pan-Channel Islands team of Customer Service Executives in overseeing the delivery of services for local clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Customer Services Team for local banking clients
- Provide excellent service and support to a personal customer segment
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products
- Address customer escalations and complex issues
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the team
- Support the Business Unit Head directly
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front office client support
- Strong client relationship building skills
- Proven team management abilities
- Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
- IT proficiency
- Risk awareness and compliance orientation
- Proactive and innovative mindset
