Our client is seeking a Senior Associate for the role of Onboarding Support.
This position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Client Lifecycle team, focusing on Client and Engagement Acceptance for our client's business. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in KYC/CDD/AML/Onboarding/Exiting.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues related to Acceptance systems.
- Manage the onboarding mailbox and respond to queries.
- Maintain and monitor data quality in systems.
- Assist with user access and controls to systems
- Assist in developing training and guidance for Acceptance tools.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, analytical focus, and drive for operational efficiencies. Knowledge of risk management processes and client structures in financial services is desirable.
