Our client are seeking an Operations Assistant to join their team.

The Operations Executive Assistant role will be varied, assisting the Operations Manager, Head of Operations and Executive Directors, in their day-to-day administrative and non-client related tasks and services.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Administration
- Completion of monthly expense claims, corporate credit card receipts
- Input time recording for Executive Directors
- Arrange travel, restaurant bookings and accommodation, prepare itineraries, record expenses, and ensure all paperwork is available in a timely manner
- Monitor the team mailbox, filing once tasks have been completed
- Printing, scanning, and filing documents
- Calendar and inbox management for Executive Directors
Operations Support
- Support on required premises or facilities related projects within agreed timelines
- Support on office supplies i.e. stationary, consumables and ad hoc requests
- Organise meeting and room bookings
- Deal with incoming post and outgoing couriers
- Support with internal finance payment runs and invoice processing
- Support with quarterly client billing
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent
- Previous administrative/operations experience is desirable but not necessary
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Deal with routine emails, enquiries, and telephone calls confidently
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and work independently using their initiative
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
