Our Client is seeking a dedicated Risk and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assess and maintain high standards of regulatory compliance around governance and best practice, including regulatory liaison.
• Develop flexible risk assessment programs and provide gap analysis.
• Developing Risk and Compliance policies around the group strategy.
• Undertake CRA and BRA, asses AML/CFT risks and provide recommendations.
• Preparation of reports as required, including board reporting.
• Monitor adherence to the Group's risk framework and provide actionable solutions.

Requirements:

• Recognised legal, accountancy or compliance qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proven change management skills.
• Calm under pressure and skilled in project management.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
