Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their Client Compliance Team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyse client regulatory and compliance registers, e.g., complaints and breaches/errors.
- Assist in the production of regular compliance reports for regulated clients, their committees, and schedule 2 entities.
- Assist with scanning/regulatory change monitoring.
- Record regulatory correspondence for regulated clients and schedule 2 entities.
- Be responsible for assessing the daily screening hits and escalating hits referred to Client Compliance for mitigation and/or referral to CO/MLCO.
- Assist with Client Reviews.
- Assist with Compliance and regulatory queries.
- Execute Transaction Monitoring Plan and Enhanced Monitoring Programme.
- Execute Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Maintain systems, records, structure charts etc.
Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a compliance-related role.
- A working knowledge of regulations covering fund, trust, and corporate structures and CDD requirements.
- Good administrative and numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
