Exciting new opportunity for a Training Manager!
Part of the Global Operations team, the successful candidate will work in the Business Solutions team. Primarily, they will be tasked with developing and delivering systems training initiatives to ensure that teams have the technical knowledge and training for them to leverage the systems as part of delivering services to clients. Further, they will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of employees and support the teams by providing up-to-date training on operational change, process improvements and IT initiatives, to enable the team to focus on delivering system and operational solutions for the business.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification
- Proven ability to manage and deliver training
- 5+ years experience within the trust and corporate services industry
- Demonstrable IT experience with industry applications and development
