After having the pleasure of working with Excel Recruitment for the past three years, I was very lucky to be presented with the opportunity to undertake a Management Buyout and was delighted to complete the transaction in March 2022.

Prior to working in recruitment, I have been fortunate enough to work in various senior positions in several industries including banking, corporate services, funds, infrastructure, legal, private clients and technology. My experience working in the finance sector has afforded me the knowledge to really understand the specific skills, experience and future direction our candidates are seeking, and this allows me to target appropriate opportunities with client organisations. We also take pride in our extensive and broad client base and work hard to understand their culture and evolving business strategies.  

A Business Studies graduate from the Nottingham Business school, I also hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and also with our Sprocker Spaniel ‘Marley’. I am for my sins also an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan and a keen follower of house music! I love travelling and have been lucky to have travelled in many places around the world.
