Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Senior Management Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for the Senior Management team, helping with everything from diary planning and meeting preparation to travel bookings and processing expenses
- Organising travel and visits for employees and guests, coordinating schedules and requirements
- Providing administration support across different departments,
- Supporting the Executive Assistant with varied tasks and covering for colleagues when needed
- Helping coordinate off-site business events
Key Requirements:
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A good communicator, comfortable working with people at all levels.
- A proactive team player, happy to take the initiative when required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and keen to pick up new systems
