Administrative Manager, Global Capital Markets (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

Our Client is seeking a Manager to join their Capital Markets team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

In your role as Administrative Manager, you will work with your team to manage a portfolio of clients and structures with ongoing responsibility for their SPVs including incorporation, the establishment of transaction, and day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the workload of team administrators to ensure work is fairly distributed.
  • Assisting the team with technical matters and sharing knowledge where possible.
  • Ensuring that all statutory returns are prepared and submitted as required.
  • Managing team interaction and conducting meetings as appropriate. Taking care of and establishing good relationships, both internally and externally with third parties.
  • Managing key client and intermediary relationships. Communicating openly in a professional manner. Conducting client and intermediary visits as required.
  • Conducting meetings, producing minutes, resolutions, and any other administration duties as requested.
  • Assisting the client accounting team in the coordination of the accounts, corporation tax preparation, and liaison with external auditors, where relevant.
  • Assisting in the management of the financial affairs of the team, including budgeting, monitoring against performance, review of staff time charging, and preparation of fee proposals for new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree / ICSA / STEP / ACCA qualified
  • Comprehensive administrative experience (8+ years).
  • Specific, comprehensive experience from a fiduciary environment.
  • Have expert knowledge of local legislation / Corporate Governance.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and develop junior staff members.
