Our Client is seeking an Administrator for their Corporate Actions team
A Financial Services company based in Guernsey is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Corporate Actions team. The role involves managing the timely processing of dividends, corporate actions, shareholder meetings, and disclosures, ensuring all instructions are executed accurately and within deadlines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, proficiency in IT, excellent numeracy and communication skills, together with a willingness to learn through on-the-job training and professional qualifications. Prior experience in securities and corporate actions would be helpful.
