Our Client is seeking an Administrator, Regulatory Operations - Client Onboarding Unit
Join a reputable financial services company in Jersey as a Regulatory Operations Administrator within the Client Onboarding Unit. The role involves supporting client onboarding through comprehensive CDD processes, including screening, analysis, and communication with internal teams and clients, primarily focusing on European clients with occasional support for Asia and the Caribbean. You will work under the Regulatory Operations Manager and contribute towards ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient client onboarding.
Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience in AML or CDD roles within a professional services environment, with a good understanding of client onboarding processes and AML requirements related to corporate structures. Knowledge of SharePoint, and proficient Microsoft Office skills are desirable. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines are essential.
