Seeking an Administrator or Senior Administrator, Corporate Services!
Join a leading financial services company based in Jersey, specialising in Trust & Corporate Services. The role involves managing a portfolio of companies, liaising with clients and third parties, overseeing statutory filings, transaction management, and supporting junior team members. You will work independently under the supervision of a senior team member, delivering high-quality administrative support while fostering long-term client relationships.
Candidates should have 3-6 years' relevant experience in the finance industry, preferably with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering procedures, and statutory laws. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with relevant professional qualifications such as Chartered Governance Institute levels, is preferred. Strong communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A keen eye for detail will be advantageous.
