Seeking an AI Solutions Analyst!

This role is central to delivering on our AI aspirations and will entail the design, configuration, and integration of AI capabilities across the organisation. The successful candidate will join the business at a key stage in its exciting
development.

Key deliverables:

• Delivery of tailored AI solutions by designing, configuring, and maintaining AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, collaborating with business units to align with specific use cases, and enhancing agent performance through prompt engineering and iterative experimentation.
• Engaging effectively with stakeholders across the organisation and translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, with the support of the Innovation Hub.
• Facilitation of AI integration into existing workflows by collaborating with developers and analysts, providing expert guidance on AI tools and best practices, and upskilling internal teams to enhance their AI capabilities and implementation proficiency.
• Supporting Innovation Hub team efforts to evaluate AI tools, and prototyping novel AI use cases to explore emerging opportunities and drive solutions.
• Fostering alignment between Technology & Data and Innovation Hub team.
