Our Client is seeking an AI Solutions Manager!

A Financial services company based in Jersey is looking to appoint an AI Solutions Manager to drive practical AI-enabled process improvements. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify manual or inefficient processes and translating them into safe, measurable AI solutions using structured prompt engineering, automation, and existing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, with a good understanding of responsible AI application. 

Requirements include experience in business analysis, process mapping, AI tools, and stakeholder management, along with practical knowledge of prompt engineering and AI deployment in regulated environments. Desirable qualifications include recognised business analysis or process improvement certifications, and hands-on AI tool usage.
