Assistant Administrator - Trust

Our Client has an opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join its Private Wealth team.

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of trusts and companies under the guidance of a Trust Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify payment instructions.
  • Monitor fund receipts and provide confirmations.
  • Draft and review simple correspondence.
  • Assist in bank account openings and maintain data on systems.
  • Support client due diligence and compliance checks.
  • General administrative duties, including scanning and filing.

Requirements

  • A Level education or equivalent.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Interest in financial markets and offshore fiduciary services.
