Assistant Manager, Accounting, Private Equity Funds

Our client is seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to join their Private Equity Funds accounting team. 

The successful applicant will through the management of a team deliver the financial reporting requirements for a range of complex clients. 

Requirements:

  • Recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA)
  • At least 3 years PQE
  • Direct experience of producing financial statements for a variety of fund types within various jurisdictions
  • Experience in producing financial statements to UK GAAP, USGAAP or IFRS
  • Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to onebasis
  • Good knowledge and understanding of current industry legislation and regulation & working practices
