Our Client has an opening for an Assistant Manager, Company Secretarial & Governance within its Funds & Corporate Services Team.
Based in Jersey, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support a diverse fund administration team within a reputable financial services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance services to a varied client portfolio, ensuring compliance with Jersey law and fund regulations. Key duties include preparing board materials, maintaining statutory records, managing governance registers, and supporting fund lifecycle events such as launches and restructurings.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or fiduciary role within fund administration. A CGI qualification or progress towards it is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of Jersey law and fund structures, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail. Experience liaising with boards, legal advisors, and regulators is essential.
