Our client is seeking an ambitious and talented Assistant Manager to join their Corporate team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding company and trust administration services while also playing a vital role in mentoring and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of client portfolio in a professional manner.
- Assist in the management and development of team members.
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis, providing technical advice as necessary in carrying out instructions or considering clients' wishes in a timely manner.
- Prioritise work on structures.
- To assist with the management of the team’s financial matters
- Review clients' investment portfolios.
- Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and directors.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a role at a similar level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent understanding of Corporate Trust and Company administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Strong academic background, educated up to GCSE’s including Maths and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
