Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Manager to join their Private Client team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding company and trust administration services while also playing a vital role in mentoring and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of client portfolio in a professional manner
- Assist in the management and development of team members
- Liaise with clients on a regular basis, providing technical advice as necessary in carrying out instructions or considering clients' wishes in a timely manner
- Control and manage periodic accounts on a client portfolio
- Prioritise work on structures
- Review clients' investment portfolios
- Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and directors
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a role at a similar level
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent understanding of Trust and Company administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
- Strong academic background, educated up to GCSE’s including Maths and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
