Assistant Manager, Private Clients

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Manager to join their Private Client team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering outstanding company and trust administration services while also playing a vital role in mentoring and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of client portfolio in a professional manner
  • Assist in the management and development of team members
  • Liaise with clients on a regular basis, providing technical advice as necessary in carrying out instructions or considering clients' wishes in a timely manner
  • Control and manage periodic accounts on a client portfolio
  • Prioritise work on structures
  • Review clients' investment portfolios
  • Prepare for and attend meetings with clients and directors

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a role at a similar level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent understanding of Trust and Company administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
  • Strong academic background, educated up to GCSE’s including Maths and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
