Assistant Manager, Trust

Our client has an opening for an Assistant Manager, Trust to oversee a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administration and routine processing
  • Cash management and payments
  • Exercise discretionary powers and maintain accurate records
  • Review/monitor investment portfolios
  • Ensure timely invoicing and monitor debtors
  • Act as primary relationship manager for clients
  • Supervise and train junior employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in the trust field
  • Final stages of ICSA certificate or STEP Foundation qualification
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory environment
