Assistant Manager

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to be responsible for a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures.
  • Oversee day-to-day administration, cash management, and payments.
  • Review and monitor investment portfolios
  • Ensure timely invoicing and debtor management.
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for clients and enhance client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CDD regulations.
  • Supervise junior employees, set objectives, and provide training.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in trust administration.
  • Final stages of ICSA certificate or STEP Foundation.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory environment.
