Our Client is seeking an Assistant Manager - Periodic Review in Jersey

A leading financial services company is looking for a skilled professional with at least 5 years' experience in compliance, CDD, and risk management within the financial sector. The role entails conducting risk-based periodic reviews, ensuring AML/CFT policies are adhered to, and providing guidance to management. You will support the wider Regulatory Operations Team, maintaining industry standards and promoting process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess industry-recognised fiduciary, compliance, KYC, or risk qualifications and have a good understanding of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions such as Jersey, Cayman, or BVI. Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence and build relationships effectively.
