Assistant Manager - Policies & Procedures

Our Client has an opening within their Global Policies and Procedures team for an Assistant Manager

As a member of this team, you will work with colleagues across our Client's business and in different jurisdictions to deliver and maintain policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with our Client's Global service lines to develop, maintain, and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, consistency, adherence to established standards and where required local regulations
  • Ensuring amendments required by external regulatory developments or internal changes are made, approved, and published in a timely fashion
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and completion of the policy and procedure periodic review program, including the scheduling and communication of reviews, identifying efficiencies, gaps, inconsistencies, or potential conflicts during reviews, and monitoring completion deadlines
  • Assisting with the development of tech solutions to support efficiencies for policy and procedure processes through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency


  • Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience, either in a similar role or in the provision of client administration services (fund/corporate/trust)
  • A strong academic background and a professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate proofreading
