Assistant Operations Manager, Fund Services

Our Client is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager, Fund Operations to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with project management, managing committee deliverables, supporting client operations, and contributing to internal policy enhancements
  • Provision of effective collaboration across teams, effective data management, and adherence to deadlines for external reporting
  • Supporting strategic operational goals, providing high-quality technical and other documents

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a Fund Services operation or support role, preferred but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access, is essential
  • The ability to work proactively with flexibility and adaptability, with attention to detail, whilst maintaining confidentiality
