Our Client is seeking a dedicated Assistant Trust Administrator / Trust Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete core workflows ensuring accuracy and consistency in client structure management.
- Adhere to performance standard KPIs, with proactive issue escalation.
- Manage client/structure data promptly, ensuring accuracy.
- Progress documentation for bank account openings and process payments in compliance with AML, sanctions, and CFT regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with Client Management and external providers.
- File documents electronically/physically per records management policies.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Experience in Trust & Corporate Services.
- Good knowledge of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR.
- Proficient in NavOne and MS Office applications.
- Preferred qualifications: STEP or ICSA (studying), Degree, or A' levels in relevant subjects.
