Our Client has an opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join its Private Wealth team.
In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of trusts and companies under the guidance of a Trust Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that statutory records are maintained accurately and up to date.
- Preparing payments and recording receipts.
- Preparing minutes/resolutions for routine matters.
- Supporting client due diligence and compliance checks.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries on routine non-complex matters.
- General administrative duties, including scanning and filing.
Requirements
- A Level education or equivalent.
- Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (eg STEP)
- Good communication and IT skills.
