Assistant Trust Administrator

Our Client has an opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join its Private Wealth team.

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of trusts and companies under the guidance of a Trust Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that statutory records are maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Preparing payments and recording receipts.
  • Preparing minutes/resolutions for routine matters.
  • Supporting client due diligence and compliance checks.
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries on routine non-complex matters.
  • General administrative duties, including scanning and filing.

Requirements

  • A Level education or equivalent.
  • Willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification (eg STEP)
  • Good communication and IT skills.
