Our Client is seeking an Associate Director, Funds and Corporate

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join a leading independent provider of bespoke private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services in Jersey. The role involves leading key client relationships, overseeing complex fund and corporate structures and developing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will bring substantial Jersey fund administration experience, strong leadership skills, and a sound understanding of legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks.

Requirements include significant Jersey fund and corporate administration experience, professional qualification recognised by the Jersey Financial Services Commission, excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of Jersey regulations. Experience in digital assets or defence investment strategies is desirable, along with a proven ability to grow client relationships and manage operational and financial performance.
