Our client, a growing trust business, has an opportunity for an Associate Director to join their team in Jersey. The successful candidate will report to the Client Director, managing a portfolio of complex clients and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support service to the administration team
- Work with functional experts for effective client support
- Provide line management, leadership, and coaching to the team
- Ensure profitability delivery of trust and fiduciary services
- Assume directorships and act as personal director to client entities
- Oversee and communicate reporting to clients and their advisors
- Conduct business within regulatory guidelines and expectations
Requirements
- Expertise in Trust administration and client relationship management
- Sound understanding of accounting, commercial law, and asset management
- Regulatory knowledge and understanding
- Commercial and financial knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
