Our client, a leading Financial Services firm based in Guernsey, is seeking an Associate Director to oversee Tax Compliance and Reporting.

The role involves managing the Group’s client entity tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, Guernsey, Jersey, IOM, and BVI, ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations.

The successful candidate will review tax advice, support business operations, and develop policies to adhere to legislative requirements. Key duties include overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns, managing audits, leading the tax team, and implementing internal policies. Practical expertise in UK company and trust tax, along with CTA qualification and 8-10 years’ experience in tax compliance, is essential.
