Our Client is seeking a Permanent Associate - Trainee Dealing and Execution Support

Based in Jersey, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support a leading financial services provider specialising in wealth management for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will assist with trade input, reporting, account opening, and client onboarding while gaining exposure to a broad range of asset classes and internal platforms. This position is ideal for graduates or those with trainee-level experience looking to develop their career in broking and treasury support within a dynamic team.

Candidates should have a degree or equivalent, with a willingness to undertake relevant professional studies such as the ACI Dealing Certificate or CISI Level 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numeracy skills are essential. The role requires excellent communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in financial markets. You will be supported in your professional development and gain valuable experience within a global firm.
