AVP, Client Support Team Lead, Corporate & Private Banking

Our Client is seeking an AVP, Client Support Team Lead, to join their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main support contact between clients, Relationship Managers, and the Bank
  • Lead and manage Account Managers, ensuring fair workflow distribution
  • Maintain service standards in collaboration with Corporate Leads
  • Promote cross- and up-selling of banking products
  • Build strong client relationships through daily communication and event attendance
  • Coordinate projects and system tasks, and manage escalations
  • Support the Business Unit Head and oversee operational risk
  • Drive customer experience improvements and present performance reports

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in front-office client support.
  • Strong relationship and team leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and operational awareness.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent IT and risk management skills.
  • Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for improvement.
