Our Client is seeking a Banking Operations Manager to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the banking platforms and their management
• Implement a suitable payment system and coordinate with stakeholders as required
• Administer banking platforms for internal users and external clients
•  Implement and monitor controls to mitigate operational and fraud risks
• Identify process improvements and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Develop training and onboarding materials for banking and payments users
• Ensure banking operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for banking-related queries and provide subject matter expertise on banking and payment solutions for internal projects and clients.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking operations or financial systems management
• Strong understanding of banking platforms and payment systems
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and fiduciary duties
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Passion for technology-related solutions
