Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in Jersey.

This role offers the opportunity to support key strategic projects, translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, and drive operational improvements across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to project delivery, support benefits realisation, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in business analysis, relevant qualifications, and excellent communication skills. You will be adaptable, proactive, and able to simplify complex processes while building effective working relationships. Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies would be advantageous.
