Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst based in Jersey

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join our client at a pivotal point in its development. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, leading benefit realisation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will play a key role in delivering strategic projects within the Finance, Strategy, and Change division. 

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in business analysis, relevant qualifications, strong communication skills, and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and effectively engage stakeholders is essential.
