Business Customer Operations Engineer

Our Client is seeking a Business Customer Operations Engineer

Our client in Jersey is looking for a dedicated Business Customer Operations Engineer to join their frontline support team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing incidents from triage to resolution, and supporting various IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Mimecast, and networking solutions.

The position requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a shift rota system. Previous IT experience, alongside excellent communication skills and a full driving licence, is essential. Full training will be provided for networking and infrastructure responsibilities.

Candidates should demonstrate a motivation to develop their IT knowledge, with qualifications such as ITILv3, Microsoft 365 fundamentals, or Azure fundamentals being advantageous. Experience in customer service and operational IT environments is desirable. This role includes regular site visits, the ability to work in a team, and participation in out-of-hours support rotations.
