Our Client has an opening for a Business Customer Service Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Customer Service Engineer to join a leading organisation in Jersey. In this role, you will provide frontline support for enterprise customers, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. The position involves responding to customer queries via ServiceNow, troubleshooting issues across various platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking systems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The role also includes managing provisioning, maintenance, and cancellations of business services, alongside participating in a rotational on-call schedule. Some site visits and basic technical support are part of the duties.
Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, general IT knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A full driving licence, ITILv3 or higher, and relevant technical qualifications such as Microsoft 365 or Azure fundamentals are essential. Experience in customer service or operational IT environments is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
