Our Client has an opening for a Business Development Manager/Director
This role involves leading business development initiatives within a fiduciary Services environment based in Jersey. The successful candidate will manage strategic client relationships, oversee marketing strategies, and support revenue growth through targeted market positioning.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience within a Trust company, with proven success in business development, marketing, or a commercial leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, alongside proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools. Knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF legislation and internal regulatory policies is also required.
