Seeking a Business Support Assistant, Corporate Solutions, Private Client!
As part of a centralised team, the Business Support Assistant will provide high level, comprehensive and confidential administrative assistance to support two board level directors and the wider senior management team.
The role is a broad one and some duties will include but not limited:
- Maintain calendars, schedule, plan and organise logistics for meetings/events/conference calls
- Prepare/review/summarise/proof-read/distribute presentations, agendas, reports, documents and correspondence
- Travel and itinerary co-ordination, providing an end-to-end service
- Act as the focal point between internal and external stakeholders and determine appropriate courses of action
- Co-ordinate and partake in project-based work
- Assist with reasonable tasks associated with the role, including working closely with and assisting other team members
- Set up, attend and record action points for team meetings (management / all team) for directors
Requirements:
- A positive, open, collaborative, “can do” attitude. Self-motivated and highly professional, with the ability to take on responsibility and proactively find solutions to suit all parties
- Ability to work proactively, anticipating needs, managing workload independently with little supervision and achieving goals and deadlines
- Experience in a similar role with exposure to supporting senior leadership
- To maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and security
- Effective team player who is able to work well as a team and on their own
- An understanding of and enthusiasm for supporting professional business development activities
- Excellent systems knowledge to include experience working with CRM systems
