Client and Office Cashier

 Our Client is seeking a Client and Office Cashier to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Aderant and cash book integrity for multiple jurisdictions
  • Process incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with jurisdictional law
  • Respond to queries from clients and third parties promptly
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations and troubleshoot issues
  • Identify and implement process enhancements for excellent client service

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Basic proficiency in Aderant, desired but not essential
  • Diligent, organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent client service mentality and effective communication skills
