Our Client is seeking a Client Company Secretary Officer to join its team
Based in Guernsey, this role involves providing company secretarial services to the Relationship Management teams, including handling Guernsey Registry submissions, maintaining company records, and assisting with regulatory filings such as Guernsey beneficial ownership registers and economic substance reports. The successful candidate will support day-to-day activities like incorporations, liquidations, and compliance with evolving Company Law requirements.
Ideally, applicants will have at least two to three years' experience in a financial services company secretarial role or similar, with ICSA or STEP qualification. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.
