Our Client is seeking a Client Director for its Executive Compensation Services (ECS) team.

This is a leadership position that plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of ECS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client portfolios and collaborate with your team.
• Act as director for client companies and manage client meetings.
• Develop client relationships and drive business development goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the ECS team.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management policies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in the share plan industry, with team management experience.
• Holds JFSC Table 4 qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead effectively.
