Our Client is seeking a seasoned Client Director to join its Executive Compensation Services team
Based in Jersey, this senior role involves leading a high-performing team within the Executive Compensation Services division. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of employee incentive clients, oversee complex executive compensation structures, and support business growth. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and experience in trust and corporate structures, with direct involvement in client relationships and strategic initiatives.
Candidates should possess a JFSC Category A qualification, relevant experience in share plans and employee incentives, and excellent communication skills. An understanding of trust and corporate structures, combined with experience in managing teams and stakeholder engagement in a regulated environment, is essential.
