Seeking a Client Services Director! 

 looking for a Client Services Director to join their Funds and Corporate Team team on a permanent basis. The role holder will be responsible for collaborating with Senior Management and overseeing efficient and compliant delivery of client services ensuring all clients receive a consistent, professional and high-quality service.

They will act as relationship lead to major/complex clients and assume board mandates for regulated boards, including Oak subsidiary boards, unregulated boards and client structures. The role holder will also ensure overall internal control and governance and assist with the implementation of best practices and drive operational efficiencies that optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ post qualifying experience or at least 10 years’ industry experience and a Table 4 qualification as per the Codes of Practice.
• An excellent understanding of Funds and Corporate Structures as well as strong management skills and a proven track record of successfully managing a team is essential.
