Our client is seeking a Client Take-On Manager! 

The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop the Client Take-on team which supports offices spanning the Far East and Caribbean as well as in the UK time zone. Managing a team of five members, this role focuses on delivering an efficient and timely support service which adheres to relevant local compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' industry experience and experience in a similar role, and preferably within a legal environment
• ICA or other relevant compliance qualification desirable
• Demonstratable leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility, energy and enthusiasm
